Calendar
The studio's meetings, in your own timezone.
The calendar shows the team meetings calendar from Proton. DevHub copies it every ten minutes, so changes made in Proton show up here shortly after.
To see your personal Pidgeroo calendar next to the meetings, add it under Your profile → Your calendars. In Proton Calendar, open Settings → Calendars → your calendar → Share, create a link with full view, and paste it there. Only you see it, and its events don't open a meeting page.
Admins can add other shared calendars, such as releases or holidays. Each one gets its own colour, and a legend above the calendar shows which is which. Each calendar is shared with certain roles: the meetings calendar is usually for the team only, while a releases calendar could be for everyone. You only see the calendars shared with you.
Your deadlines
The deadlines of tasks assigned to you show up as all-day items: amber when they're coming up, red once they've passed. A task's deadline is its own due date, or else its milestone's target date. Click one to open the task. They disappear when the task is done, and only you see yours.
Views
- Week: this week as a grid. This is the default.
- Month: the whole month as a grid.
- Agenda: a list of the next 60 days.
Use the arrows to move back and forward and Today to jump back. Times are always shown in the timezone from your profile. Cancelled meetings are struck through.
A meeting's page
Click a meeting to open it. Depending on the meeting you'll find:
- a join button when the location is an online meeting link;
- Map for a physical address;
- Add to calendar and Google Calendar;
- For the team: the meeting time in each teammate's timezone, when the team spans more than one;
- Meeting notes: notes from Outline shown right on the page, or a link to them.
DevHub finds the notes link in the meeting's description in Proton. To set or change it from DevHub, use Link notes / Change notes link on the meeting page. That link is saved for everyone.
Meetings with Outline notes appear under Previously on Home, so linking the notes helps people catch up.
